About Me

I work independently across strategy, operations and communications, taking on fractional leadership roles and advisory projects with organisations navigating growth and change. Over the past 13 years, I’ve worked with some of the world’s largest businesses, as well as leadership teams building and scaling organisations of their own.

My background is in strategic communications, but the thread running through my work is organisational effectiveness: helping leaders set direction, bring people with them and turn strategy into action. I’m interested in what makes organisations work well, and how the right combination of thinking, execution and communication can help them thrive.
